Come join us for this magical journey into music and Yoga with Tony G, joined by special musical guests Essie Jain and Patrick Glynn. In this 1.5 hour class, we will explore poses that are grounding and steady, so we can stay tuned into the sublime music, allowing it to flow through our poses like water. Using voice, harmonium, guitar and pedals, Essie and Patrick will create a landscape of melodies and musical movements to accompany Tony’s beautiful flowing sequence, creating space for us to open up into our innate wisdom and natural rhythms. A special extended savasana, immersed in a landscape of harmonies awaits us at the end of the class, so we can fully restore and release. All are welcome.
