WITH JESSICA STICKLER

Using movement, breath, and conscious rest, all immersed in the harmonies of organic instruments and soothing voice, we can create a peaceful, safe and sacred space that allows us to go deeper inward. As we tune in further to this resonance, we can begin to access greater layers of our awareness and lovingly find our innate wisdom to heal and transform ourselves. This music experience will include some gentle yoga movement, restorative yoga, and meditation to facilitate self healing, connection, and inner transformation.
