The Woom Center's space is so unique, and we are so excited to share and explore the experience of live music and movement here......

Yoga teacher Ali Cramer will take us on a journey of yoga asana, with freedom of expression using movement and breath, while musicians Essie Jain and Patrick Glynn create a live musical accompaniment using voice, harmonium, guitar and pedals. Moving and breathing in rhythm with organic instruments opens a space in our bodies, minds and spirits, and allows us to explore a deeper place within, immersing ourselves in natural harmonies. After we have moved through our bodies and unfolded onto the mat, a long and dreamy savasana awaits, where Essie will sing and whisper everyone into a complete rest.
