This 90 minute class combines the best of both worlds. The first hour is a sweaty, intricate vinyasa practice. The last 30 minutes delves into Yoga Nidra, the practice of Yogic Sleep. You will be guided you through a detailed sleep meditation savasana that will leave you completely and utterly relaxed.
